OK, ME AND MY HUSBAND CAN'T STAND THIS ANYMORE. MY HUSBAND'S DAD NEEDS US TO HELP HIM OUT WITH THE HOUSE. WE TRIED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH GREYHOUND FROM HOUSTON. THE GREYHOUND STATION IN LAKE CHARLES IS CLOSED. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE? FROM DENVER IT SAYS THE TRAIN STATION IS CLOSED ALSO. IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE TO FLY RIGHT NOW. WE NEED SOME HELP GETTING THERE.

In normal conditions, buses run all day and night from Houston to Lake Charles for the casinos. LaBerge and Isle of Carpi are opening Monday the 10th, so buses may be running. I don't believe there is even a charge for the ride if they believe that you are going to gamble at the casinos. I know buses left from Hobby airport, and there are probably other sites in Houston also. Hope this may help
