I am working on sending in my receipts for the generator. I have a registration number but not a Distaster number. Does everyone have the same number? Also, I have heard that FEMA is only reimbursing for one generator is that true?

The disaster number is 1607. On a post About Fema Reimburstments around the 16th or 17th I wrote this info down about what to send if you want to go back and read it.

FEMA will reimburse for one generator, up to $791 I believe. You must show the FEMA inspector the generator itself if your property is inspected. Not everyone will have an inspection...some do, some do not.

The limit is $791.00. My parents never showed the genarator to the inspector they just gave them the receipt and in about 10 days their money was deposited. I went to Jennings to do mine becasue we still have not seen an inspector. They told me it would be about two weeks for me to get the money. Still waiting for the two weeks to be up. Also They gave me the address and info to mail your request in I posted this info on the above mentioned date and place.(around the 16th)
