I spoke with my nextdoor neighbor, Henry Eaves, yesterday and he told me that the roads in our subdivision were full of trees and power lines but he didn't notice any major home damage. He did say that Jerry Rich's RV cover was torn down though. I've heard from others that 171 and Hwy 14 are navigable now. I'll be going back tomorrow, at least up to the corner of Old Town Rd. and 171.Hopefully the water hasn't risen into our homes. I can no longer reach anyone in the area by phone, so I won't know the situation until I see it. One of my family members is is the area and is going to try to access the neighborhood later today. If this happens I'll reply again with an update.
