They finally called us when we called the Sheriff's dept of Many La and they went looking for them. The storm did not get bad where they were but a few trees did get knocked down and there is no cell phone service in that area for the service that they have. They actually went home and checkeed on their property and found only minor damage and their dog kennells even made it ok. When she calls now her cell phone keeps dropping out of service so I think they are still having tower problems in that area..

Do you know if Geraldine Deshotel and popeye are with them?

Yes, they were with them but I do not know where they went when Jan & Richard returned home. I assume they are still with Jan & Richard right now since they cannot be in Lake Charles....
