Is it too late to sign up for Red Cross? If not, where do we go to do that?

You need to try to find a Red Cross Service center to get some face time. The Red Cross Financial Assistance Hotline has been closed, but there may be some service centers still operating in your area. Additionally you may want to give the United Way (800-725-2769) or the Salvation Army (800-710-8002) a call also.
