The FEMA website has been down more than up lately. I called their technical assistance center and asked who their information technology provider was for their website. They answered it is 'confidential'. I reminded her this was a 'federal organization' and is in the public domain. Again she said this is confidential information. I don't care if it EDS, Lockheed Martin, Boeing...etc but wanted to understand who is responsible for the lack of service. Is this anyway to run a railroad much less a government? The government procurement agency should be ashamed. This again shows the government is incapable of dealing with any type of crisis (natural or terrorist).
