My son and daughter-in-law are in Cheyenne Wyoming trying to get to my place in Montana. There were in 2 different shelters down south but they were told that they needed to leave because they were shutting down the shelters. They had no place to go but north.Holiday Inn Express in Wyoming had no clue about billing to FEMA. They were not informed, only certain motels were informed by fax. I called 1-800-HOLIDAY and asked them about it. I had to have them put it on my credit card. It was a mess and a hassle.CHECK THE MOTEL YOU WANT TO STAY AT TO SEE IF THEY WILL BILL FEMA!!

we have a manager who would have waited on a fax, but they dont have to, they only have to go the website and get the same info directly. we had to get with the night clerk over here, and she came through for us. the problem isn't with corploging, it is the hotel staff.

Call your Red Cross Shelters, they are paying for our hotel rooms here in Tenneesee.
