Here are a few questions the people of Holly Beach has:
1.Will there be a person or group assigned to the rebuilding of our community.
2.Is there a copy of regulations or rules we must follow in order to meet the proper codes of the state and parish.
3.Are there special situations in which commercial businesses are excluded from stronger enforcements.
4.Will there be a sewer system put in place and at what cost to the property owners.
5.When the roads are clear will deeper ditches and culvert size requirements be established.
6.What will the minimum lot size for either rebuilding or just placing a R.V. on the land.
7.Will Mobile homes be allowed and at what height or elevation.
8.Will there be any assistance for land owners to help with clean up and filling in their property with sand.
9.Are there any action that can be taken for land owners who do not clean there property.
10.Can the sands be moved and become available for people who need to raise there lots.
11.Will the landfill be reopened and what schedule will it have.
12.Will we still have the Police Jury equipment to clean the beach front sands.
13.Shall Property Taxes be adjusted to land only values for this year.
14.Because most Holly Beach buildings were camps can we as owners install a limited-use sewerage system or camp system.
15.What is the time frame to restore electric, water, and phones.


These were just some of the questions that were presented to Mrs. Tina Horn of the Parish Police Jury with no response as of now.
