Does anyone know there whereabouts of Joey or Bobby Manuel? Their parents are safe in Nashville, but have not been able to get in touch with them. As of Friday, Bobby was still at their home in Lake Charles on Stephen Dr. Does anyone know of the damage or flooding their?
