Live in 2 unit condo on corner Nelson & Gauthier across from Memorial Hospital Gauthier campus. No news at all re hospital or this area. Floods during normal rain, so.....ANY NEWS?

My son was allowed to stop by this property en route back to college in Galveston. He reports there is NO damage to the unit! There wasn't even flood water from that drainage ditch in front or in back. What a miracle! No idea re Memorial Hospital Gauthier campus, but the area looks pretty good. No power or water, though.
