my family owns twin oaks trailor park in grand chenier,which if not far from the park, no trailors left in trailor park. my aunts house(mrs lady) that was in the back of the trailor park was there, but did have damage. the bank in front of the trailor park is gone. i do not know what is left on your side of the river, but not much left of our side of the river

Bank in Grand Chenier - wanting to find information.
Female dog "Shitz Shu" was resuced by Wildlife & Fisheries and was found stuck in mud behind bank vault.
Dog is grey w/white tip on tail, nose and 4 feet. Sweet dog. Was well taken care of and is living with our family in Lafayette, LA until her owners can be located.

Pet (dog) found at Cameron State Bank? in Grand Chenier by Wildlife & Fisheries who stated she was found stuck in mud behind the bank vault. Female grey/white Shitz Shu.
Dog is very sweet and was well taken care of according to vets report.
Our family is "fostering" dog until we can locate her owners. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am sure her owners would like to know she survived and is recovering great.

dog my belong to my aunt who had the home in the back of the trailor park. her dog is missing. i live in youngsville, please call 337-856-3426. i'll call my aunt in the morning to ask her about her dog. this dog could belong to elougia (lady) richard. the bank was at the entrance to the trailor park. i'll you tomorrow also. thank you in advance.

happy ending, mrs elougia (lady) richard will be reunited with her dog dutchess on oct 15. thanks to the firefighter from phoenix,az ,the wildlife & fisheries agents and the hess family, she will have a happy reunion. thanks everyone, elougia baccigalopi myers

Hey this is Sabrina Primeaux, my parents lived in Aunt Lady's trailer park and have been to Aunt Lady's house. The new addition has collapsed and the rest looks as though it will too, the rest of the trailer park is gone. They said it looks as though their was about a foot or so of water that reached the third story of her house. As they pulled into the Twin Oaks Trailer Park a Jesus and Mary statue we got my dad for fathers day and Aunt Lady's house was all that was standing.

Aunt Lady was able to remove quite a bit of her furniture. Butch came in from Houston and brought a u-haul so they took back a truck load. Aunt Lady is comming down this weekend. I believe she has an insurance agent to meet on Thursday for her rent house. Family going down on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to pick up whats left.
