I'm sorry; Jeff died in 1984. This is Jamie. Thomas is in Morgan City right now, trying to get hold of a generator.

Nickie, talked to mom, and daddy said the back kitchen is gone, Angie's old house is gone, Uncle JC's house is gone, Your mom found her house in the picture they took with the plane, Immac Conc is gone, St, Eugene is damaged, the schools in Cameron, Creole are damaged, I was looking at some satellite photos of the area, found Aunt Lady's house, but trailer park is gone, (including Kristin's) Immac Conc, Elem School, got to Dyson Road by the McCall's, I may have found a partial picture of Mom and Dad's house but not sure, Couldn's find J.C's house in photos just a lot of water, hard to find the roads and follow, my trailer has 2 trees resting on the outer roof with one limb for sure sticking through in the living room and other trees in the yard. This is very depressing and mind bobbling to see the pictures and clips of TV especially when you are unable to be there to see for youself. You may already know this information but I just found you message on this board. Kristi Jo, if your dad passes by Whitney and Lorrine Baccigalopi's house, can you let me know if it is still there?

Kristi_Jo, Could you ask your dad if they've heard any news from Tommy Thompson. We've been in contact with Carolyn, Selena, Jerry, and Velma Mock they are in Alabama and we think they are coming down in a few days to stay with Mike and I in Cow Island. We've found the ariel shots from http://ngs.woc.noaa.gov/rita/29093G3_RITA.HTMand located where their homes where but haven't heard anything from Tommy, Any info would be appreciated. Sue Thompson

J.R., I haven't heard from them but I will check with mom and grandma today. I did hear that their house wasn't there anymore though.
