Has anyone else heard of the insurance adjusters denying cracks in sheetrock because they say it's "settling" due to the drought we had in October? (I didn't know we had a drought in October) Our insurance company has been great up until now & I'm not sure if I should argue this point.

hi roxane the adjusters are starting to do their duties except i have to find out how does a home, camp or building followings all fema codes of 6 years old in excelent shape depreciates a thousand dollars a year i thought things went up is this because nothing is there to value the property.keith and neal are doing good its been a long haul for them we are still doing paper work and moving slowly forward the adjusters have come through a few dollars for them but he will still need more. roxane i have been suggesting he go back near hackberry or closer to home we are looking at about 18 months or so for the sewage for holly beach you will be back to see this project. he could always resale what he buys are use as a second place we are busy spreading the news about the right of entry forms giving core of engineers rights to clear up properties to start rebuilding all you can imagine to build a community roads ditches utility water sewage then homes then us that seems so close but so far........
