Freedom of speach is one thing but expressing ignorance is another. When a person believes certain negative things about a small group of people within a larger population it just reveals the lack of education that person has. Every population has a mixture of all kinds of people that includes gender, race, religion, economic differences, language differences, different cultures and different sexual orientation etc... I am wondering if you have ever gotten out of you "comfort zone" and tried to get to know one of the people you described? Everyone was a child at one time and did not choose to grow up to be a "pimp or druggie". Poverty causes a great deal of problems for our country but so does people making generalizations about a group that is unfamiliar to them. Before you express your stupidity again how about getting to know one of "these people". They are human as well.

Personally I think the original poster of the first Sign thread is a "Board Troll" who comes to a message board and tosses extreme rhetoric contrary to the messages going on for a reaction. As much as it is tempting, replying to these Trolls only incites them more.
