Does anyone know how the area of Carlyss near Moss Lake, specifically Strait Drive, Barnacle, Oak Lake Drive? We are in Shreveport, read alot of posts on other Carlyss areas, nothing on our home. Paul Menard

I'm in Houston, but have received some info on a couple of houses on Oak Lake Drive. Overall it sounds like there is some flooding in that area -- but not sure how extensive. Have heard of two homes that have no water (my mom's house on the north end of Oak Lake -- the 2-story yellow house right in that first curve) and my uncle's house farther down the road. Have seen posts about houses farther back -- closer to the water -- that do have some water in them. Sounds like there are many trees down all over that area -- and at least some damage from falling branches and trees.
