While it likely seems a trival inquiry, I'm going to inquire anyway. Anyone have any idea if Daryl's Sandwich Shop and/or Tony's Pizza are open for business yet? I am a clinical social worker and have been in my native south Louisiana the better part of time since September 2. Rita forced my premature evacuation (and temporary return home to Atlanta) while providing crisis counseling to Katrina evacuees in the LC area. I am coming back now to help with the aftermath of Rita...and thought that a piece of sunshine would definitely be if one (or both) of these restaurants were back in business.
